Returns

You may return products purchased from our store within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

How to Return a Product

1. Select the products – Log in to your account and choose all or selected items from your order history.
2. Complete return details – Verify your order information and provide shipment details, including shipping method and dispatch date.
3. Pack and send the parcel – Securely pack the products and send them via courier, parcel locker, or postal service.

Please include proof of purchase and a completed withdrawal form in your parcel. The withdrawal form may be submitted electronically to shop@sorokamakeup.pl.

The return deadline is met if the withdrawal statement or parcel is sent within 14 days.

Returned products must be unused, complete, and in original condition (including tags). If returned items show signs of use or are incomplete, we reserve the right to refuse the return or send the product back at the customer's expense.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. In case of partial returns, original shipping costs are not refunded.

If an order was paid for but not collected, we reserve the right to deduct return shipping costs from the refund amount.

Complaint Procedure

1. Provide a detailed description of the issue and include your order number and proof of purchase.
2. We will review your complaint within 14 days.
3. If the complaint is accepted, we will offer an appropriate solution, such as replacement, repair, price reduction, or refund.

A complaint may be submitted within one year from discovering the defect, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
